Guidelines for Gathering Safely

The following are a few guidelines for best practices for gathering safely as we get back together, please be patient with, and honor others.

  • Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another (Rom. 12:9-10)
  • Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort in love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, fulfill my joy be being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others. (Phil. 2:1-4)
  • Hand Washing:
    • We have multiple hand sanitation bottles throughout the building and upon entrance into the building.
    • We ask that all who enter the building apply hand sanitizer upon entry.
  • Face Coverings:
    • We encourage the use of face masks when entering and traveling through the building.
    • A limited amount of face masks are available for those who do not have one.
    • Children under three years old are not being asked to wear face coverings.
    • Those who are serving are asked to wear a mask when interacting with the body.
    • Those who choose not to wear masks after being seated are asked to maintain proper social distancing.
  • Social Distancing:
    • Please respect those who are trying to maintain 6 ft. of social distancing.
    • Additional seating is available in the Fellowship Room to allow for spreading out.
    • At this time, we are asking people to refrain from physical contact with those outside of their family during the service (i.e., hugging, handshaking, fist bumping, etc.).
  • Nursery/Childcare:
    • Children are permitted to remain with their parents throughout the service.
    • Childcare for Kindergarten and under is available from the beginning of service.
    • Children’s Ministry classes for our elementary aged kids is available after our time of corporate worship.
    • Please sign in your children as normal and use the hand sanitation bottles provided.
  • Other Safety Guidelines:
    • If you do not feel well or have been sick recently, please stay home for the sake of others. This applies to both adults and children. We ask that you refrain from joining us at this time and wait for a clean bill of health prior to joining us for service.
    • For those who don’t feel comfortable coming to this type of setting or if you have a compromised immune system, the service will continue to be streamed live online via our church Facebook page.

We thank you all in advance for your flexibility and your willingness to accommodate with these guidelines to the best of your ability. We look forward to coming together to worship the Lord and to enjoy the fellowship of the body of Christ. In due season, we will look to adjust these guidelines as the Lord leads.
